This page states exactly how long an order takes, what it costs, where we ship, and who pays import duties. The numbers here are the same numbers used on our product pages, at checkout and in our product feed.

Delivery Timeline

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude US federal holidays. Weekends and holidays do not count toward either handling or transit.

A Worked Example

You place an order at 8:00 PM Pacific on a Friday. Because that is after the 6:00 PM cut-off and the weekend does not count, handling starts Monday. Handling of 2 to 4 business days means the parcel leaves between Tuesday and Thursday of that week. Transit of 8 to 14 business days puts delivery roughly two to three and a half weeks after that dispatch date. In calendar terms, an order placed on a Friday evening typically arrives somewhere between two and a half and four weeks later.

Christmas Delivery Deadline

Order by Monday, 30 November 2026 for delivery before Christmas. That date is the slow end of the 10 to 18 business day window above, counted back from 24 December. Full details are on our Christmas delivery deadlines page.

Shipping Rates

The subtotal used for the free shipping threshold is the merchandise total before any tax. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay; nothing is added afterwards.

Where We Ship

We deliver to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.

We cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands or other US territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or any address outside the United States. If you place an order to an excluded address, we will contact you and refund it in full.

Where Your Order Ships From

Our products are made and stocked by our fulfillment partners in China. Orders leave from there on tracked international shipping lines and are handed to a US carrier for final delivery. We say this plainly because the delivery window only makes sense once you know it.

Returns are handled inside the United States, at our facility in Grand Prairie, Texas. You never ship a return to China.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch. Final delivery is made by USPS, UPS or FedEx, selected automatically by the shipping line — we cannot choose the carrier for you.

Tracking on international lines can sit without an update for several days while a parcel is between scan points. That is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Customs and Import Duties

We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Import duties and taxes are calculated and paid by us before the parcel reaches you. Nothing is due on delivery.

If a courier ever asks you for a payment on one of our shipments, do not pay it. Decline politely, note the courier name and the amount requested, and email us with your order number. We will take it up with the carrier directly.

Address Changes

Email us within 24 hours of purchase. Before dispatch we can usually update an address. After dispatch we cannot redirect a parcel, and a package returned to sender as undeliverable is refunded minus the original shipping cost once it reaches our facility.

Your Rights Under the FTC Mail Order Rule

Under the Federal Trade Commission Mail Order Rule, if we cannot ship within the time stated on this page, we will tell you and offer you the choice of a revised shipping date or a full refund. If you choose a refund, or if we cannot ship at all, we issue it to your original payment method promptly and without you having to ask twice.

Lost, Stolen or Undelivered Parcels

1. Check the tracking page for a delivery scan, and check with household members and neighbors.
2. Look around the property — carriers often leave parcels at a side or rear door.
3. If there is no delivery scan and tracking has not moved for 14 days, email us with your order number.
4. We open an investigation with the carrier. Carriers usually take 5 to 10 business days to respond.
5. Once the investigation closes, we send a replacement or a full refund — your choice. We do not leave you to argue with the carrier yourself.

Report a missing parcel within 14 days of the last tracking event so the carrier claim window is still open.

Sales Tax

Any sales tax that applies to your order is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown to you before you pay.

This line goes to a monitored voicemail box. There is no live answering desk. We check it every business day and call back within one business day. We would rather tell you this plainly than advertise a phone desk nobody is sitting at. If your question is urgent, email will get you an answer sooner.

Registered Office vs. Return Address

These are two different addresses, and sending a parcel to the wrong one means it will not reach anyone who can help you.

Parcels sent without an RMA number cannot be matched to an order and cannot be refunded. Email us first — it takes one message.

A Note on Time Zones

Our support team does not sit in the Pacific time zone, which is why we answer by email rather than pretending to staff a phone room during US business hours. Messages sent overnight US time are usually answered by the following morning Pacific.
